'VN' Vinel-Lo Tinto Oddbird this smooth and luscious pourNatural Red Wine A blend of seven local red grapes: Garnatxa Negra, Sumoll (all three clones), Carignan, Trepat, and Garrut. Each variety is harvested at a slightly early stage of ripeness, the whole bunches are foot pressed, and macerated briefly (3 or 4 days). After maceration, the wine is gently pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank. After a few days (between 5 and 8), the second variety is harvested, the same process is followed, and it
